  The waitresses are amazing, but the business is ran horribly. We always have to wait way too long for our food, even if we call ahead for takeout. The waitresses are always running around looking super stressed, I honestly feel bad for them. This place needs more staff and a better business plan. The food is good though, when you finally receive it.

  Came here to check the place out with my dad. It was 3:45, and we were looking the specials. We were interested in the spaghetti special for 2, asked the waitress if we can get it even though it was a little early. (We would be here at 4 anyways). She said no and she would have to charge us full price if we wanted it now. So we decided to just get a pizza. We waited over a half hour for the pizza that never even came out yet. (We would have ate our spaghetti by then) so we went inside to pay for our pop and a side salad and then they tried to charge us for the pizza that we never got. Will never come back. Terrible service and no hospitality. You think they would apologize. Nope, nothing.

  This was my third visit here and will be my last. Each time I've been here, the service was exceptionally slow, and the food just isn't that great in my humble opinion. Tonight, my buddy ordered his burger 'medium,' and it came out dry and burned on the bottom. A draft beer costs $5 - a bit steep. Another person in my party ordered a sandwich with fries, and the sandwich came out with chips instead. Another person ordered a side of fries and received none. The meals came about 40 minutes after the appetizers came. The staff seemed to be frenzied and stressed. The table next to ours ordered their food well before we did, but our food came out first, and the neighboring party wasn't pleased.

  I love the hot cheese balls but I don't like to wait for an hour until they arrive. Management should do better.

  The Villa has the best food in the area at an affordable price. They also have every imaginable beer to choose from and the employees are respectful and curtious. Definitely the place to go because bikers are always welcome.
